Delivery Policy

 All mail orders will be dispatched in 24 hours of order submission. Please allow a maximum for 5 working days for deliveries. All mail orders will be dispatch by recorded delivery; and customers must confirm deliveries.

Ellen Extensions Hair Salon Refund & Return Policy

Customers have 48 hours upon a confirmed delivery to report any damaged or missing goods and Allow 14 days to return damaged orders for replacements to be mailed. We require an additional 5 working days to process any returned damaged goods to confirm in accordance with company policy what reimbursement or replacements might be appropriate.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped Royal Mail (UK postage), or Barbados Postal Service.
