All mail orders will be dispatched in 24 hours of order submission. Please allow a maximum for 5 working days for deliveries. All mail orders will be dispatch by recorded delivery; and customers must confirm deliveries.

 

Ellen Extensions Refund & Return Policy

Customers have 24 hours upon a confirmed delivery to report any damaged or missing goods and Allow 14 days to return damaged orders for replacements to be mailed. We require an additional 5 working days to process any returned damaged goods to confirm in accordance with company policy what reimbursement or replacements might be appropriate.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped Royal Mail (UK postage), or Barbados Postal Service.

Appointment Bookings & Confirmation

Feel free to contact us by email or telephone to arrange your appointment. Appointment booking deposits (non-refundable) are required to confirm all appointment bookings by credit or debit card, or gift card.

Booking deposits are solely for the purpose of confirming your appointment and will be deducted form your service bill. Therefore please note your booking deposit IS NOT an additional charge.

All appointment bookings are arranged with a minimum of 2 days in advance.

                Gift Certificates

Ellen Extensions have available gift certificates, a perfect gift idea. Gift Certificates are ONLY value upon presentation as they are treated like cash payments.

Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.

 

            Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 48 hours notice. Hair and beauty services can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty the day before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will lose their booking deposit. While no show appointments will be billed at 100% of published tariff of each service. Late arriving appointments will be charged an additional 20%. 

 

           Pricing

We only accept debit/credit card and cash payments.

 

        Consultation

Please note there is an initial consultation charge for some of our services. However, if you go ahead with the service you'd receive your consultation absolutely FREE for some services consultations.  

 

   Beauty Experience  

 

Please note treatment times are approximate. We regret that late customer arrivals will NOT get an extended time. Treatments will end on time so to avoid the inconvenience to other customers bookings.

We ask that all cellular phones be switched off or on silent during Please dress approproately and comfortably for your appointment. For some of our services we will provide you with a robe, spa slippers, and disposable underwear where appropriate for your convenience.
